Pricing for Support Service Plans

One size does not fit all when it comes to IT support and that’s why we offer flexible support plans that fit your business requirements

Pay As You Go

This service is great for businesses who have the occasional IT problem or question and want a friendly local company to assist on an hourly basis. Simply contact us and we can usually be out to you or respond to your problem remotely within 2 hours.

Our standard ad-hoc rate for all our IT services is £55 per hour. We charge in half hour increments and invoice after completion of work.

Pre-Payment

This is our most popular plan and offers clients a reduced rate for our services. The more pre-paid hours purchased the greater the discount we offer. All the support tickets and pro active maintenance we perform is logged and an easy to understand report is generated on a monthly or quarterly basis showing where the hours have been used.

As part of a pre-payment plan we will pro-actively monitor your systems and perform maintenance tasks where required.

Unused support time does not expire, it simply remains on you account until used.

 

Fixed Price Agreement

This service is for businesses who want to outsource all their IT solutions rather than having in-house engineers.

A fixed price agreement with us gives you unlimited onsite, telephone and remote support for one monthly price. This takes away the risk of runaway IT costs. Our agreements bring you peace of mind knowing that technical help is never far away. We understand the importance of reliable IT systems and know that downtime costs your business money.
